Sesame Software Expands Enterprise Data Storage Offerings

The team at Sesame Software certainly knows a thing or two about data storage. Considered an industry leader in enterprise data management, they've recently released the latest iteration of their comprehensive suite of data management utilities. Known as Relational Junction Data Warehouse Builder 6.1, the solution supports advanced business intelligence, analytics, and integration.

Rick Banister, founder and CEO of Sesame Software, introduced his company's latest release by stating: "Relational Junction Data Warehouse Builder is now available to every organization tasked with bringing data from a variety of Cloud and on-premise data sources into a single data warehouse. With only minutes of configuration, customers can automatically build a schema and efficiently move data for Business Intelligence, Analytics, or integration. This eliminates months of design and data mapping for customers who are hungry for answers now."

According to their website, Relational Junction offers a plethora of functionality, including:

• Backup and recovery: Relational Junction offers complete and comprehensive backup and recovery of critical files, including metadata, individual records, and much more. It's capable of replicating data at a rate of over 125,000 records per minute – making it time times faster than Salesforce Bulk API – and its unlimited scalability is able to support enterprise datasets of all sizes. Finally, all of Relational Junction's functionality is controlled through a centralized, easy-to-use web interface.

• Data warehousing: Relational Junction lets you store and backup all of your cloud-based data, including customized objects or fields, attachments, and more. It features integrated compliance and it always stayed synced with your cloud-based data. Relational Junction also features cross-compatibility with Windows and UNIX systems. It's compatible with platform-as-a-service (PaaS) offerings such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Cloud, and Rackspace, and it lest you use nearly any type of database platform imaginable – including SQL, Oracle, DB2, and many more.

• Application integration: Relational Junction features full application integration that lets you seamlessly interface with software-as-a-service (SaaS) packages, cloud-based applications, and on-premise hardware. Moreover, it uses an SQL-powered interface that will be immediately familiar to anyone who is already knowledgeable of the popular database programming language.

Rounding out the features and functionality of Relational Junction is the team's comprehensive support, all of which is based in the United States. Sesame Software's support team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days of the year.

Banister continued his statement by providing further insight into their toolset: "By integrating data from external and internal sources with Relational Junction Data Warehouse Builder, organizations end up with a SQL database that’s optimized for their specific needs. This gives every data-driven company real-time 360-degree access to their most important data, ensuring that sales, marketing and the C-Suite are aligned for day-to-day decision making and long-term strategic planning."
